LAZÓ Roastery operates as a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) under Belgian law.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online sales concluded via www.lazoroastery.be. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms. Sales are limited to delivery within Belgium.

3. Nature of the Products

Coffee is a natural agricultural product subject to seasonal and origin-based variation. Differences in taste, aroma, acidity, body, or appearance do not constitute defects. Taste is subjective and shall not constitute grounds for return.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and may include credit/debit cards, Bancontact, and Klarna. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via bpost, Mondial Relay, or equivalent carriers. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Belgian law. However, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed are excluded. Opened coffee cannot be returned. Only unopened coffee may be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and authorize recurring Stripe payments. Customers may cancel before the next billing cycle. Orders already processed are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the invoice value of the product concerned. LAZÓ Roastery shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or misuse of products. Nothing excludes mandatory legal rights.

9. Product Recall Procedure

LAZÓ Roastery maintains traceability in accordance with EU Regulation 178/2002. In the event of suspected risk, affected batches may be isolated, customers notified, and authorities informed where required. Liability in case of recall is limited to replacement or refund of the affected product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under Belgian courts.
